LOS ANGELES—After a long legal battle was worked out, Vivid Entertainment has released a sex tape starring Ashton Kutcher’s alleged mistress Brittney Jones. The sex taped is called Brittney Jones Confidential and is available nationwide in stores and on Vivid.com.

The video was obtained by a third party by Vivid, Jones initially did not want the tape to be released but changed her mind after meeting with company founder/co-chairman Steven Hirsch.

“I made the decision to work with Vivid after meeting with Steve Hirsch and looking at documents that give Vivid the right to release the sex tape,” Said by Jones in a statement she authorized Vivid to release. “The video was coming out whether I liked it or not and I didn’t want everyone else to make money from this private home video except me. If Kim Kardashian can survive and in fact do even better after a sex tape scandal, I guess I can, too.”

The 21-year-old brunette, is said to have had a brief but passionate liaison with the famous actor who’s married to actress Demi Moore. Supposedly the pair met at Lucky Strike bowling alley in Hollywood, exchanged numbers and had sex on Kutcher’s sofa.

“The response to this movie has been phenomenal,” Hirsch said. “We’re excited about getting it out so that everyone can see how sizzling Brittney actually is.”

She also tried to auction on eBay earlier this month, a grey cashmere sweater that she claims Kutcher gave to her. The bidding reached $21,600, but the site pulled the item with only two hours to go in the auction.

Hirsch and Jones met for the first time at a Hollywood coffee shop earlier this month and he presented her with a proposal under which she would also help in the marketing of the DVD. She failed to respond immediately, Vivid also said it would move forward with distribution whether she cooperated or not.

Vivid also received a separate cease and desist letter from Kutcher’s attorney and after internal discussions and consultation with counsel, Vivid decided not to use the actors actual name on the the sex tape.

GHANA — Even with all the controversy and condemnation by local government, the public and morality watchdogs, Nigeria’s first softcore porn movie, “Dirty Secret,” is selling out fast to the public.

Based on some reports, the film’s wild popularity started after a trailer was released on the Internet. The short trailer was pulled off by YouTube for being too explicit.

The movie stars local talent Tonto Dikeh and Maryann Apollo and although described as being softcore, it includes a series of “abnormal sexual behavior” including incest, gay sex and “jaw-dropping sexual stunts.”

“Dirty Secret” was produced and marketed by Nigeria-based Divine Touch Pictures although first reports said the producer was Sanga Entertainment in the U.K.

Retailers are taking in a heavy profit from the film because of a widespread marketing campaign that includes bus stop posters showing the two co-stars cuddling.

Musa Ismail, a store owner near the Ketu bus stop in Lagos said, “The reason why the movie sells is because people like to watch all these movies that have to do with sex. Some people will even come here and pretend as if they want to go home to watch the movie so that they can criticize it but deep down in their hearts, they like it.”

It is rumored that there is a sex tape of Demi Lovato that may be released so Pornography distributor Vivid Entertainment is desperate to obtain it – so that they can destroy it.

The tape, which Lovato’s camp insists doesn’t exist, was allegedly filmed while the teen star was on tour with the Jonas Bros. CYPRUS — A beer company that is part owned by The Orthodox Church of Cyprus is threatening to take legal action after its product was featured in a porn film shot in New York.
Although the film has not yet been identified, the scene reportedly shows a girl pouring KEO beer into a man’s mouth from a bottle that’s between her breasts before they have hardcore sex.

The couple also discussed that the beer and its Greek origin in the scene. KEO is the Greek abbreviation for the Cyprus Wine Company, the largest beverage company in Cyprus that has been in business since 1927.

The Church owns 20 percent of the company that produces the popular KEO beer and officials for the company said they will meet Wednesday morning to decide on their legal actions.

The commercial director for KEO, Elias Sozou told the South African Press Association, “I have not spoken to our church representatives yet but the board will meet tomorrow to see if there are any legal means to have these scenes, showing our product, removed.”

He also added, “Although I am not an expert on legal matters, I am aware that there is a different legal framework for outside the EU when it comes to showing brand products on television or in films. From what we have seen so far, it appears that this video may have been shot inside a Greek tavern in New York.”

Sozou said that although his company is always looking to promote its products, he was “disappointed” to learn his beer was in a porn movie.

CINCINNATI — Larry Flynt’s new downtown Hustler Hollywood store has been given the green light by Cincinnati’s planning and buildings department.
The company provided documents to the city listing all the products it plans to sell at the store including lingerie, swimwear, accessories, glassware and novelties.

The city has requested a list to make sure that the store does not and will not violate any city municipal code rules regarding sexually oriented businesses.

The location of the new store is 1618 E. 7th St., just a few blocks away from the Hustler store on Elm street run by Jimmy Flynt.

But Larry Flynt said to open up another store makes good business sense because he believes there’s enough demand to support another Cincinnati store, adding that the Hustler Hollywood store in Monroe is his most successful retail outlet in the country.

Meanwhile, in related Flynt news, the federal judge decided to add the partnership standoff between the brothers to a pending trademark infringement suit.

The case will take place and be heard in Cincinnati instead of California, which is what Jimmy Flynt’s attorney Robert Hojnoski wanted.
